I am currently student teaching at the high school level and used this creative comforts video in a Studio class, which is basically a senior-level independent study. Many of the students in this class are struggling with the age old question of what they want to make art about and I thought it would be a good way to start a discussion with them about what their role as artists is and what art means to the viewer. The discussion was not everything I hoped it would be, but I think it is always a good thing to really address the question of what art is, especially with students who are interested in pursuing art after high school
